These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Call DAKM (the "Platform"), operated to connect mentees with mentors for paid guidance sessions. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
Mentees can browse mentor profiles, book sessions, and leave reviews after a completed session. Mentors can create a public profile, set their availability and session price, and accept or decline booking requests. All mentor profiles are reviewed by our team before being made visible to mentees; approval is at our discretion and may be revoked if a profile violates these Terms.
Session prices are set by each mentor and shown before you book. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway at the time of booking. A session is confirmed once the mentor accepts the request. If a mentor does not confirm within a reasonable time, or cancels, the session amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Mentees may cancel a session in accordance with the cancellation window shown at checkout; refunds for late cancellations are at the mentor's discretion.
You agree to treat other users respectfully and to use sessions for their intended purpose. You may not use the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or defraud another user, to solicit business outside the Platform to avoid fees, or to post false or misleading information in a profile or review. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Reviews may only be left by a mentee who has completed a session with that mentor. Reviews should reflect a genuine, honest account of your experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the session, or found to be fraudulent.
The Call DAKM name, logo, and platform design are the property of Call DAKM. Content you submit (such as your profile bio or a review) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a license to display it on the Platform as part of the service.
Mentors on Call DAKM are independent individuals, not employees or representatives of Call DAKM. Guidance provided during a session reflects the mentor's own views and experience, and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We do our best to verify mentor credentials but do not guarantee the outcome of any session.
To the extent permitted by law, Call DAKM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from a session between a mentee and mentor.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
