• Booking and payment information: session details, dates, and payment confirmations. Card and payment details themselves are handled directly by our payment gateway — Call DAKM does not store your full card number.
• Reviews and messages: anything you write in a review or in a message to a mentor or mentee.
• Usage information: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Platform secure and working correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and let mentees and mentors connect and book sessions.
• Process payments and send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
• Show mentor profiles, reviews, and ratings to help mentees choose a mentor.
• Respond to support requests and investigate reported issues.
• Keep the Platform secure, including detecting fraud and preventing abuse.

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where necessary to run the Platform: with the mentor or mentee you book a session with (name, and the details needed for the session), with our payment gateway to process a transaction, and where required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below, subject to the retention exceptions described above.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session while you use the Platform. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.
