1. Our Commitment

Call DAKM Mentors is committed to protecting the safety, privacy and welfare of minors.

Users below 18 years shall access mentorship services only in accordance with applicable Indian law and, where required, with verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

Call DAKM may implement age verification, parental consent, reporting and safety measures and may suspend or terminate access for violations.

2. Protection of Minors

Users below eighteen (18) years of age require appropriate protection.

No person may groom, exploit, sexually approach, manipulate, threaten, pressure or otherwise improperly take advantage of a minor.

The Platform may apply additional verification, supervision or other safeguards to interactions involving minors.

3. Mentor Obligations

Where minors are permitted to use the Platform, mentors must comply with all applicable child-safety, privacy and professional-boundary requirements.

Mentors must maintain professional boundaries and shall not engage in abusive, sexual, exploitative, threatening or inappropriate conduct.

Mentors must not engage in sexual, romantic, exploitative, manipulative, abusive or inappropriate communication with minors.

Mentors must not request unnecessary personal information, private photographs, intimate information or secret communications from minors.

4. Personal Contact and Off-Platform Communication

Mentors shall not request or share a minor's personal phone number, WhatsApp, email, social-media details, home address or direct payment information, or divert minors to external platforms or websites.

Mentors must not groom, isolate, manipulate, exploit or encourage minors to move interactions to unauthorised private channels.

5. Role of Parents and Guardians

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision and consent concerning a minor's use of the Platform, to the extent applicable under law.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Any serious safeguarding concern, suspected abuse, exploitation or other safety issue must be reported through the Company's designated reporting mechanism and, where required, to the appropriate authority under applicable law.

Suspected serious abuse, exploitation, grooming or child-safety violations may result in immediate account restriction and reporting to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
